Learning & Development Specialist (Supply)

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will be in charge of full cycle capability development of our shopfloor associates including onboarding, training needs identification, training design and implementation, and budget management.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Apply a holistic approach to learning and development by ensuring a quality onboarding program for shopfloor associates and a quality on the job training program.
• Work with skill owners to Identify training needs and skill matrix by coordinating with related functions to align training needs methods and working with line managers to ensure that the training needs are aligned with the business objective.
• Implement site training calendar, design, schedule, and implement core training programs both internal and external based on the training needs and core competencies, plan and manage annual core training budget, create after-course follow-up process,
• Provide external training information to associates and co-ordinate external training requisition according to the training procedure
• File for training course certification and training fund exemption with the Skill Development Division, the Ministry of Labor by collecting training outline, list of participants and expenses according to the regulations and submit to the division by the due date, support evidence document for any site audit which is related with training need and result and generate training reports upon request
• Coordinate with manufacturing line managers to gather the development needs of individuals, generate the manufacturing master training plan which aligns with the functional/ MSE requirements (E&T pillar) to update skill matrix (new associate and movement) OJT progression, development plan support promotion process and develop SME (Subject Matter Expert), SES requirements and quality certification requirements (i.e. ISO, GMP/HACCP)
• Provide all decoration and facility support learning and development plan of site, such as board, training room center
• Monitor cost of training and process of PR/PO, invoice follow-up S&F design process
• To be a key member of site program deployment such as digital application (POKA) deployment, business plan deployment
• Coordinate with other division’s L&D and to provide input to the regional team in Supply College
คุณสมบัติ
• University Degree in Education, HR, Business administration or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of learning and development, HR
• Some Operational experience is preferred
• Some Mars business understanding
• Ability to deliver results through multi-functional project teams.

35,000 - 65,000 THB per month
