Lead and manage site Q&FS team with clear strategy and targets, promote quality culture, drive global standards deployment, and build an effective quality team.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage PCH Q&FS team with a clear site quality strategy and priorities.
• Lead quality culture promotion with visible leadership of the quality agenda across PCH site, fostering a strong quality culture from senior leaders to the shop floor.
• Manage daily Q&FS operation with end-to-end quality management concept, from raw material to process control to finished product until consumer feedback.
• Drive global Q&FS standards deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement. Coordinate the assessment and implementation of all new global Q&FS standards into the site with robust governance.
• Drive Site Quality KPI targets for consumer/customer complaints, incident reductions, Right First-Time quality improvements, and Quality Systems Effectiveness.
• Ensure proper Governance of Q&FS performance across the supply chain for local business, identify gaps, and drive Continuous Improvement utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and FMEA.

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Minimum Food science graduate or related discipline.
• Professional Qualification: 15 years experience minimum in Q&FS, Operation, Technical, or R&D roles. At least 5 years in the managerial level. Science background and a history of delivery.
• Skills/Ability: Build Effective Team, Develops Talents, Engages Associates, Decision Quality, Collaboration, Be Resilient.
