The Supply Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Site Director to fulfil all day-to-day co-ordination activities and administrative needs of the Supply Leadership Team.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Role model the application of Mars safety standards in order to safeguard our associates and the assets we use.
• Provide support to the Site Leadership Team and their respective functions including co-ordination and scheduling of all meetings, consolidation of presentations, reports, etc.
• Provide support for all site communication initiatives including organization of town hall, team meetings and maintenance of key noticeboards and digital displays on site.
• Maintain minutes of the Week 2 and Week 2 Site Leadership Team Meetings.
• Central point of coordination for all Site Tours for associates and visitors.
• Act as the designated travel coordinator for all travel requirements of Site Leadership Team and implement all travel related procedures in line with the Mars travel policy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with over 5 years of experience working in Manufacturing environment.
• Initiative, Self-driven, Detail-oriented, and Ability to manage different kinds of stakeholders.
• Ability to lead activities in factory.
• Soft service management such as Canteen, Security, Housekeeper etc.
• Good collaboration with others.
