Mazda Powertrain Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is Transmission plant is already complete and started production Plant in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (ESIE),Rayong with an annual production capacity of approximately 520,000 units for Transmission and 100,000 units for Engine. The new transmission plant will be located approximately five kilometers north of Mazda's joint venture production facility, Auto Alliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (AAT) and will supply SKYACTIV-DRIVE automatic transmissions for SKYACTIV models produced at AAT and other Mazda vehicle production facilities around the world.

• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform software installations, updates, and upgrades
• Respond to service requests and resolve incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation as needed
• Administer and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of deskside support, server administration, database management, and network operations
• Experience with IP phone technology and VoIP protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323)
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization technologies, and database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
