The Vehicle Quality Engineer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing field quality information, customer feedback, and promoting vehicle quality audits.

• Collect, analyze, and summarize field quality information to enable early detection of safety concerns, non-compliance issues, and major problems.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize customer feedback (including quality complaints) to establish and reinforce quality requirements for the ASEAN market.
• Promote vehicle quality audits (MQIC) and summarize audit reports to facilitate improvement activities.
• Coordinate and discuss with relevant parties, including Mazda Motor Corporation, to manage tasks under the leadership of the ASEAN-QD team in the MC ASEAN region.

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years of working experience in the automotive industry.
• Possesses general knowledge of each vehicle component's function and parts structure.
• Ability to apply logical reasoning and basic statistical knowledge to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing technical data using advanced PC skills and report writing.
