The Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the FMCG/Food Industry is responsible for directing various engineering activities to achieve plant goals and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Direct activities of Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Utilities Maintenance, and Maintenance Operations
• Monitor progress towards goals and ensure capital projects and resources are utilized effectively
• Manage day-to-day activities of Maintenance department, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, and outside building contractors
• Prepare and manage Capital Asset Acquisition Proposal (CAAP's) annual budget
• Develop strategic capital plans and coordinate selection, design, and layout of processing and packaging machinery
• Ensure all engineering and maintenance processes are documented and implement changes

คุณสมบัติ

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Engineering field
• Certificate in Manufacturing or GMP, HACCP and BRC for quality system
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, or chemical process plus progressive leadership experience
• Experience in Food Processing an asset
• Detailed understanding of how all areas of the plant interact to contribute to the business
