The main responsibilities of cost controller include analyzing company’s performance with a focus on costs management (OPEX and overheads) and business processes, estimating trends and forecasts using financial models as well as proposing optimizations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Monitor operational costs (Maintenance, Fuel, Inventory) and present data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Identify improvements and cost savings initiatives and assist in driving implementation of new or changed processes and methods that can improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility
• Monthly consolidation and reporting procedures including full year estimates for each location / project / segment
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly assessment of accruals
• Check and control the inventories of each location. Inventory reconciliation including physical checks
• Management / analytical accounting including costs computation and allocation by costs / profit center, direct Vs indirect & fixed Vs variable analysis in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and company’s procedures
• Analyze variations in P&L with a focus on costs Vs estimates or budget and explain differences to Management
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions
• Experience in accounts payables, cost control & financial analysis
• Experience in business process and systems
• Experience in the logistics industry is a clear plus
