Customer Service position focused on heavy machinery sector
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information, assistance, or support regarding heavy machinery, services, and spare parts. Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, ensuring high-quality interactions with customers. Address their concerns, answer questions, and guide them through the all process
• Gather and analyze customer data, including feedback, preferences, and inquiries, to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer service process. Utilize this data to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the customer experience
• Establish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights on their experiences and preferences. Regularly seek feedback on the customer service process and any opportunities for improvement
• Foster collaboration with other divisions and departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align customer service efforts with broader business strategies and ensure a unified customer experience
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate coordination between departments to address complex customer concerns
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, public relation or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the heavy machinery sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
