Sales Engineer (After Sales - Engine & Power Generator) position involves offering spare parts, services, and products, as well as providing technical advice and after-sales service to customers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Offer to sales spare parts, services, and products.
• Offer long-term service contracts in the form of Customer Value Agreement (CVA).
• Increase sales to new customers who have no order history or contact for service.
• Update customer information in the database system (DBS) to be current.
• Follow up on opening and closing Work Order (W/O) of service work.
• Track customer payment status.

คุณสมบัติ

• Provide advice and technical advice on product use, problem solving, and help customers provide after-sales service.
• Receive complaints, summarize problems received from customers, and coordinate with those involved by follow up on the progress of complaints to ensure they are resolved.
