The Sales Manager is responsible for planning sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, managing sales volume, and leading the sales team.

• Plan annual sales and gross profit targets and budgets.
• Implement marketing strategies and programs.
• Analyze competitive landscape, trends, and results.
• Establish sales plan by forecasting and developing annual sales targets.
• Develop plans to acquire new customers.
• Manage sales volume, product mix, and selling prices.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Highly capable in sales operation and knowledgeable about retail.
• Experience in a management position.
• Able to negotiate, sell, motivate the sales team, and plan sales.
• Must possess presentation and storytelling skills.
