The Employee Services Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations to ensure quality services are provided effectively. Responsibilities include managing service providers, event coordination, developing employee platforms, ensuring employee security and health, managing payments, facility maintenance, dealing with legal affairs, supervising temporary staff, and using various tools. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience in Employee Services or HR, knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in Thai and English.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality services are provided effectively
• Manage service providers to meet expectations
• Assist in organizing office events, workshops, or conferences
• Develop and maintain Employee platform
• Ensure employee security, safety, environment, and health
• Supervise temporary staff to ensure service levels meet expectations
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related fields
• 2-3 years experience in Employee Services, HR or GA
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps is a plus
• Excellent service minded, problem solving and multitasking skill
• Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork
