Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager in Indonesia, eager to contribute to the growth of our business as a leading global F&B player.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Partner with the Brand team to setup effective opening plan.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, competitor strategies, and target demographics to make sound decisions regarding branding, messaging, and positioning.
• Manage the project of the brand launch in Indonesia.
• Ensure that the opening plan aligns with business plan, as well as brand's values, identity and overall marketing strategy.
• Take into consideration and manage other key factors such as budget, resources and risks.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to research and define relevant pricing, product selection and brand building communication.
คุณสมบัติ
• Exceptional positive energy and passion for food and service.
• Min. bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, branding or hospitality related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in F&B operations or marketing with strong responsibilities to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Well organized and structured.
• Great communicator, capable to rally others thru her/his own example.
