Develop, direct, and implement Human Resources Strategies, Policies & Procedures. Plan and manage HR activities on both HR Policy & Development and HR Management.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Partner with function heads to establish functional people plan with an integration of Minor Food people strategies.
• Lead and drive delivery of the functional people plans and monitor progress and impact using milestones and KPIs
• Oversee, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the management of manpower planning and recruitment.
• Review and update organization structure and job descriptions; discuss with people concerned to obtain clarification of organization & job contents.
• Effectively utilize relevant information to analyse functional gaps and priorities with people solutions to function heads
• Champion for new joiner's on-boarding journey
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Work closely with HR COE to leverage best practices across Minor Group
• Responsible and ensure the effectiveness of Employee engagement, Internal Communication, Company culture, Company activities
• Ensure compliance with the company’s practices in relation to Human Resources aspects and compliance with labour law and company rules and regulations, and policies & procedures
• Other ad hoc assignments
• Act as a custodian of employee performance appraisal, employee performance management, and IDP processes and systems.
• Work with function heads and HR COE to develop learning plan that directly reflect functional needs.
• Establish / identify functional competencies to drive employees’ career planning and succession planning.
• Responsible and ensure effectiveness of on-boarding journey and 120 days probation.
• Work closely with all managers and analyse the result of performance appraisal and ensure that all IDPs are in place.
• Support Corporate HR Director to regularly review and drive functional talents’ IDPs progress
• Define critical positions (current & future needs) and propose critical positions with numbers of incumbents for approval.
• Custodian of training enrolment in the system and ensure training attendance of Minor Food Corporate employees.

• Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in management level with international companies.
• Proficiency in English and computer literate.
• Strong skills in driving for results, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong skills in people management and development.
