The Senior Manager Customer Analytics & CRM will lead the customer analytics team, develop CRM campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead customer analytics team to support all brands in finding customer insights from data analysis
• Determine customer segmentation and build data modelling based on business objectives
• Oversee customer's cross brand behaviour and suggest potential leads to acquire
• Develop, implement, and measure effective CRM campaigns to drive Loyalty Metrics
• Assist team in building Business Analytics report and dashboard
• Collaborate with brand's marketing team, data engineer team, product development team, and other related parties
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Data science, Data analytics, Business Analytics, Market Research, CRM/loyalty field
• Experience in self-service analysis platform and Data Visualization tool
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, motivated self-starter and holistic business leader
• Customer focus, analytical thinking, eager to understand customer insights
