Play a key role in establishing the content of work functions offered to internal clients encompassing mobile learning, blended learning, and custom e-learning programs.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Support training strategy planning by researching future learning trends, analyzing business, and collecting feedback from frontline staff
• Propose possible enhancements on current LMS and plan for resources
• Conduct timely review on projects timeline, resources, and deliverables
• Liaise with vendors, external consultants, and project stakeholders
• Assist section head to develop annual training plan and strategic reports
• Provide support to assigned digital projects
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree and/or Higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related fields
• At least 7 years of learning and development experience
• Excellent written and oral abilities in both Thai and English language, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, positive, and supportive attitude
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with people within the organization
