The After Sales Planning - Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue, customer retention, and data analysis.

• Develop and implement After-sales planning strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with the After-sales team to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape for accurate sales forecasting.
• Create and manage sales plans, setting targets and objectives in alignment with overall business goals.
• Design and implement retention programs to ensure customer loyalty.
• Analyze customer feedback and work with the customer support team to address concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
• Utilize sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales planning activities, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and market dynamics, ensuring that sales planning strategies align with business objectives.
• Educate subordinates and be example of the department.
• Leadership to direct/manage team and making decision or consultation with superior.

• Experience in After-sales planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (with English).
• Result-oriented / Proactive-ness / transparency mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Logical thinking and explanation with data and evidence to management.
