This position will be in-charge to operate warranty analysis for improvement, warranty cost management, warranty charge back to suppliers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• To summarize and send the warranty claim charge back report to suppliers both local and overseas.
• To enhance warranty charge back by investigation result and negotiate with suppliers for proportion of responsibility.
• To coordinate with Field Service in order to gather warranty claim information and warranty part return from the markets.
• To analyze top warranty payment and conduct warranty cost reduction activity with related division.
• To operate warranty cost management and analyze warranty information for improvement consideration.
• To follow the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Energy Management System and ISO26262 requirement.

คุณสมบัติ

• New Graduated or 1-3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Automotive Engineering or any other related fields.
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.
