Assistant Culinary Manager (R&D) position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field with 3-5 years experience in R&D in Food manufacturing or Restaurant chain.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Create, arrange, and determine various product features in the menu formula for starting food
• Create a summary of food recipes, food production methods, and various food production guides for scaling up production
• Develop forms and evaluation methods for assessing the development of food menus according to the standards of the company
• Create a history of food product development, summarize the results, and systematically collect relevant documents
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science or related field
• At least 3-5 years experience as R&D in Food manufacturing or Restaurant chain
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP standard, All Food's Regulations of Thailand
• Expertise in recipes/ingredients/food techniques in restaurant operations
