The Human Resources Business Partner will provide professional HR support on talent acquisition, development, and retention, as well as Employee Relations problem-solving.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Be a proactive partner to steward and advance Principle Based Management™ culture, especially “role of supervisor” development.
• Provide HR solutions to business supervisors regarding job-related problems, policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and advise business supervisors on appropriate solutions for employee relation issues, handling investigations independently.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other members of the HR Solutions/HR leveraged Capability across APS and Division.
• Initiate communication channels with employees/supervisors to promote understanding of programs, principles, and objectives, and develop positive employee morale.
• Conduct talent management and provide HR professional insights for key talent.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, HRD, or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource field within a Multinational Company, preferably in Business HR function.
• Experienced interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
• Ability to work in Bangpakong Industrial Estate Area.
• Experience in implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
