The Operations Excellence & Sustainability Manager will focus on developing, implementing, and driving a LEAN & 6σ culture including sustainability program for Rayong operations site.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Define a framework for Momentive´s local LEAN / six sigma culture.
• Lead and mentor Lean, DMAIC, transactional, and productivity savings projects.
• Own, represent, implement, and continuously improve the LEAN / six sigma culture and act as a spokesperson for the organization.
• Work closely with CI Leader to deploy Continuous Improvement across all business functions as directed.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and metrics that coach, mentor and assist project teams and provide input on priorities.
• Manage project development and selection, development of project plans, financial evaluations, and metrics identification; follow toll gate reviews; maintain project database and reporting systems.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations or Chemistry
• Minimum 15 years´ professional experience, thereof min 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and/or Lean operations
• True inspirational leader, leading without formal authority - able to drive cultural transformation.
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate on different levels in a diverse matrix environment.
• Entrepreneurial work mentality, innovative and creative thinking
