The Product Supply lead will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring production/material plans are in place for assigned plants/lines.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
• Manage, coach and develop a team
• Meet KPIs including customer fill rate, finished goods inventories, and waste objectives
• Work closely with internal and external functions to deliver category goals
• Deliver performance against approved schedules and plans
• Support and implement improvements in planning to meet company KPIs

คุณสมบัติ

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience
• Open to learning new ways of working and using data and systems
• Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle
• Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve plans
• Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts
