Senior account payable position responsible for maintaining accurate records of expense transactions, payment history, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of expense transactions, payment history, for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure all payments have been recognized correctly and within the deadline.
• Inform vendors once payment has been made.
• Review and verify invoices and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement and operations to streamline and improve processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• 5 years’ experience in payment area, including online banking payment and withholding tax.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting only.
• Attention to details.
• Able to prioritize.
• Able to work under pressure.
