หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team.
• Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement
• Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan
• Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction
• Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestlé policy

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 year of experience in distributor sales management
• Experience from pet care business required
• Own a car with driving license
• Solid experience in direct accounts
