The Factory Industrial Services Manager at Nestle's Navanakorn Factory is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production through proper maintenance of machinery and training of employees.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure factory machineries and services are efficient and safe for production
• Prepare and implement investment for the Factory
• Control assets and property of the Company
• Set factory objectives in line with corporate targets
• Monitor and control via KPIs & routine reports
• Minimize environmental impacts of factory operations

คุณสมบัติ

• 7+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Chemical, Process engineer or equivalence
• Experience in managing & supervising team members
• Proficient level of communication in English
