Nestle is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their team at the Head Office in Pathumwan.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborate with relevant function business to understand their trends, collect their needs to translate into robust functional competency development framework and training solutions
• Support Functional Leaders and SMEs in the design/deployment of their Functional competency frameworks and ensure the continuous update of the related contents in line with the evolution of the business needs and of the professional families.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designers to ensure the design and build of the L and D solutions using the right tools and approach to meet the target audience needs at the optimal costs.
• Support the organization and the rollout of the global L and D portfolios at relevant organizational level.
• Leverage Dashboards, Learning system and Learning Effectiveness metrics to drive the evolution of the L and D portfolios.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 5+ years of direct experience in Learning and Development.
• Significant experience in course design and facilitation.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience requiring strong business partnership and consulting skills such as Training, OD, Talent or HRBP roles.
• Knowledge and experience in new digital learning platform is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills: actively energized and engaged others is preferable.
