Join Nestle as a Recruitment Specialist at Rayong Factory.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Organize recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, manage offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit.
• Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects, in relation with current needs of the team or organization.
• Coordinates all relevant recruitment processes.
• Maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility. Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Business level of English.
• Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good project management skills.
