หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Drive continuous Warehouse Operation Improvement to ensure best-in-class operation & cost optimization.
• Coach & Develop employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job.
• Drive safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors.
• Effectively manage the SHO, ensure exchange of information (cascade target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and DOR to achieve cleaning loss, Asset intensity, and achieve performance improvements.
• Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines.
• Manage warehouse utilization as target.
• Manage 3rd party service provider comply with Nestle requirement.
• Drive line accountability through NGWP and KPIs.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse.
• Good English and Thai communication skills.
• Good understanding of Quality, safety, security systems.
• Basic knowledge of Material Handling Best Practice and SAP.
