Nippon Paint’s Management Associate Program (MAP) is an 18-­month business & operational skills development program designed to speed up the mastery of management techniques and real-world skills in the world of Coatings.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Practical on-the-­job departmental rotation covering all business units of Nippon Paint.• Coaching on Soft Skills, Project Management, and active participation in Company’s projects.

คุณสมบัติ

• Fresh graduates with any field of studies from a reputable university.• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.• Proven leader with active involvement in co-­curriculum activities in university/college level.• Self-­starter, resourceful, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.• Possess leadership qualities, a pleasant disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills.
