Plant Manager position responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and guidance to a diverse multi-functional site.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide strategic vision, leadership, guidance, and direction to a diverse multi-functional site including Manufacturing, Facilities Operation, QA, Maintenance & Engineering, Management System, Safety, Health and Environment and Supply Chain
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development
• Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the Executive team

คุณสมบัติ

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields
• Min 15 years experience with proven track records on plant operational management with a minimum of 10 years in a management role
• Experience from chemical industry would be highly advantageous
• Skillful in the implementation of process improvement, productivity and efficiency management methodology
• Strategic thinking, goal-oriented, problem solving and decision making skills, and team management
