The Litigation Legal position at Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves supporting all legal related work in relation to the company’s business under supervisor’s directions.

• Report and comment on litigations related matters as well as consumer complaints, customer service matter or supplier claim
• Cooperate, provide legal advice, and prepare application to secure all required business licenses and privileges as well as contact and submit application to governmental offices
• Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues and related suppliers or service providers
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements as well as provide related legal advice to colleagues and management
• Update and inform other departments of related new laws or regulations
• Support and coordinate with any compliance, litigations, corporate legal or audit related work

• Bachelor’s Degree of law
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Experience in litigation, corporate and commercial laws
• Problem solving attitude, service mind, and transparent
• High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and limit of time
