The Senior Staff, Termination and Litigation will be responsible for managing legal cases, termination processes, and litigation matters for Nissan Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Check legal cases for approval • Follow up on approval results and upload them into the E-Credit system • Manage court orders for cases involving assets, workplaces, and enforcement • Coordinate with relevant offices to withdraw lawsuits • Prepare and submit legal documents to government agencies • Review and prepare power of attorney documents

• Bachelor's degree in Law • Experience in hire-purchase business, debt collection, and litigation • Understanding of Debt Collection Act, AML/CFT policies, and PDPA • Proactive problem-solving skills and legal principles • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset
