Staff, Marketing CRM [ Yearly Contract Renewal]

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Gather, arrange, and inspect data using various procedures to summarize information.
• Preparing reports to see business situation.
• Evaluate and analyze business performance.
• Lead management.
• Manage customer relationship processes along-customer journey.
• Monitor IT CRM system to ensure program works correctly based on CRM requirement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in business administration or any related fields.
• 1-2 Years experience in business reporting and data analysis.
• Logical thinking and good analytic skill.
• Good command in English and interpersonal skill.
• Computer literacy, Ms. word, Ms. power point, Ms. excel ( Pivot, Vlookup and advance is preferable and Ms. Access is advantage ).
