• Conduct investigations and take corrective or preventive measures based on parts-related concerns.
• Provide support in the approval process for new parts, analyzing part structure defects, and evaluating 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures.
• Make decisions regarding product specifications, part checking fixtures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare summary reports on Part Quality Assurance activities and progress results for review by the CE (Chief Engineer)/Manager.
• Possess strong English communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers worldwide.

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, showcasing a strong academic foundation.
• Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in automotive Quality Assurance or related fields, preferably within an automotive factory, highlighting expertise in the industry.
• Proficient in English language, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders.
• Possesses exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, equipped to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Displays an open-minded and adaptable approach, eager to embrace new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
