The position is for Staff, Aftersales Support [CRM] on a yearly contract renewal at Nissan Motor (Thailand).
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide support as following job scope to Aftersales CRM & Connectivity team, Nissan Motor (Thailand).
• Gathering raw data from system.
• Checking and Cleansing data for preparing report.
• Generating Aftersales CRM & Connectivity reports and presentation (Weekly, monthly or ad-hoc)
• Support team to analysis data and deliver effective performance reporting and management information.
• Communicate with Field Fore (Area Managers) about dealer performance follow up.
• Provide data to supplier about Aftersales CRM & connectivity activity.
• Support other ad hoc requests. ex. official letter, budget monitoring, approval request.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in business administration or any related fields
• New Graduates are welcomed
• Experience in business reporting and data analysis
• Logical thinking and good analytic skill
• Computer literacy, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and advance is preferable)
• Able to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional
• Able to manage and prioritize the multiple tasks
• Work as a team and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Able to work at Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22 (Head Office)
