The AVP of Finance Department will assist the EVP of Finance in all aspects of operating a finance department, lead and direct financial functions, create cash flow projections, provide support in budget preparation, advise on financial processes, and monitor financial details.

• Assist the EVP of Finance in all aspects of operating a finance department
• Lead and direct financial functions in planning and reporting systems
• Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure
• Provide support in budget preparation and fundraising plans
• Advise on approaches/guidelines for financial processes
• Monitor and retrieve financial details when needed

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related field
• Strong computer and related applications skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible financial management/leadership experience
• Strong management, critical thinking, active listening, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience with financial systems or enterprise-wide resource planning system (ERP)
