The Project Coordinator (Architect - Housing Project) Officer is responsible for overseeing the development of housing projects.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Survey land and site
• Develop project feasibility, project plan and budget plan
• Coordinate with Construction companies
• Develop design with designer and verify the design to comply with regulations
• Submit EIA and related licenses
• Manage project plan on time and coordinate to designer and constructor. Ensure the completion of construction and design ready to transfer

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
• Direct experiences from Developers is a plus
• 2-3 year's experience
• Proficiency in design, project management skill, communication skill, coordination skill
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and relevant graphic programs.
