Site Engineer: Civil Engineer with 5-10 years experience in low rise projects

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project untill project is completed.
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
• Project budget management
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 5 years experiences in real estate.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Low rise condominium experiences is preferred
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Convenient to travel around BKK
