The Occupational Health and HSE Capabilities Manager will reports to VP HSE for Thailand and is based in Maptaphut Factory, Rayong. This role primarily exists to deliver Health and Wellbeing Strategy on Healthy workplace and Healthy People.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Health and Safety System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives
• Initiative Occupational Health program for employees.
• Occupational illness and Rehabilitation plan management
• Indistrial Hygiene strategy and provide technical support to Manufacturing and Operations.
• Establish Industrial Hygiene sampling plan
• HSE Training management: To monitor and establish HSE legal training and HSE capabilities for all employees.
• HSE Communication development and maintained.
• Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.
• Initiative Occupational Health program for employees.
• Deliver occupational health and wellbeing promotion to create employees awareness.
• Occupational Health Risk management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational, Health and Safety or related discipline
• 8-10 years of related experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Effective oral and written communications skills to interact and communicate to relevant persons.
• Ability to work effectively with managers, supervisors and employees under stress conditions.
• Knowledge of laws concerning workplace Safety.
• Knowledge and experience about Occupational Health Management – Hearing Conservation, Ergonomics
• Problem solving, fault finding and trouble shooting.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Microsoft Power BI, Analysis would be advantage.
