The After-Sales Service Manager will lead and oversee after-sales service operations in Thailand.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and enhance the structure of the Thailand after-sales service system to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Create comprehensive plans for the overall after-sales service work, including strategies for improvement and growth.
• Review, revise, and optimize the after-sales service management system to align with industry best practices.
• Coordinate and manage important internal and external affairs related to after-sales service, guiding the department's management.
• Collaborate with Gotion to develop and implement the Thailand service system.
• Manage the foundational aspects of Thailand service stations to ensure smooth operations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• More than 8 years experience in after sales service, with a focus on the EVs, energy storage, or automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of EV's Battery and Energy Storage Systems, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
• Familiar with various customer relationships and coordination & communication.
• Leadership and team management skills to drive and motivate the sales team.
