Distribution Business Manager (Sales Manager)

Work in partnership with franchised distributor resources to achieve all sales objectives.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identify new customer projects through assigned distributors to propose technical solutions utilizing NXP products and services.
• Track distributors demand creation activities and KPI.
• Owns and executes strategical & tactical account plan.
• Drive Mass Market initiative (customer count expansion, solution selling, D-In/Win and POS growth).
• Work closely with regional marketing and distributors eco systems (IDH/ODM) to develop local/regional reference solution.
• Responsible for all communication to/from the distributors/customers and also driving internal communication to key stakeholders inside NXP product lines.
• Plans and coordinates events with distributor.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor or MS majored in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• 5-8 Years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well organized and good at time management.
• Enthusiastic, creative and desire to learn about business and technical topics. Willing to learn new processes and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills, Self-motivated and self-driven.
• Willingness to travel upon the request.
• Requirement for a full driving license
