The Senior Process Engineer (New Product Introduction/NPI) is responsible for creating and developing new recipes and equipment for IC packaging assembly product introduction, ensuring quality data, problem-solving, and providing additional support for various projects.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create/Develop new recipes and equipment for new IC packaging assembly product introduction meeting key Quality, Cost, UPH, and Development timeline.
• Setup new process parameter by performing DOEs for complete window study, define corner limits, and BMC.
• Perform Risk Assessment before Project start and provide support if needed until complete of Safe Launch.
• Support in BMC of NPI project as scope above.
• Support in qualification lot and technical concerns.
• Support in special evaluation case.
• Support technical consultant to ATBK related process technology.
• Ensure quality data with cooperate with production/ Quality team.
• Problem solving and work on the Root Cause Analysis/ Finding using 5M + 1E, 3x5Whys, 8D approach.
• Additional support for Lead Indirect Material Change, Lead 2nd source material with similar property project, Lead 2nd plant of same material / supplier with same property project, Lead to expand released technology (Etch to Stamp L/F), Representative of ATBK cost saving from this NPI project, Other assignments.

• Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience IC Assembly Process and/or Package Innovation.
• Strong background in Assembly Project Management and Risk Assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program.
• Effective interpersonal, systematic problem-solving and analytical skills, approach and the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear logical manner.
• Process and quality control / Quality Management System / Process Audit.
• Good communication skill in english both written and verbal.
• Good teamwork on both informal and formal style.
• Use of Statistical Tools (Minitab), strong problem solving and analytical skill with logical and systematic thinking.
• Expert in technical skill of assembly processes to sustaining and develop operation under pressure.
