The E-commerce Key Account Manager at PSTH Serithai will be responsible for managing key accounts on Shopee and Lazada, developing growth plans, and maximizing online presence and sales within Panasonic.

• Develop and execute customized growth plans (included sales & product forecast, campaign planning etc.) for assigned Shopee and Lazada accounts, aligned with both client and brand objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Shopee and Lazada ecosystems.
• Proactively recommend and negotiate strategic partnerships, promotions, and campaigns to drive significant sales growth and brand visibility on both platforms.
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to achieve optimal performance across both platforms.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at Shopee and Lazada, building trust and establishing yourself as a valuable partner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product marketing, sales, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service and support specific to Shopee and Lazada operations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related filed.
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably within the electronics or home appliance industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives in a competitive e-commerce environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopee and Lazada or other e-commerce platforms, including their seller centers, tools, promotions, and campaign structures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations with confidence.
