The HR Manager position in Bangbor, Samutprakarn requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management or related fields, with at least 10 years of experience in a HR generalist role from a Large Manufacturing Company.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER, Labor Union, Payroll and GA fields
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Design, plan and implements as company’s employee relations programs, policies and procedures
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction
• Control testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
• At least 10 year-experience in HR generalist role from Large Manufacturing Company
• Experiences from Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing is preferred
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Labor Union experiences
