The QC Assistant Manager (In-process) position is responsible for managing a team, developing skills, analyzing data, setting goals, managing costs, reviewing reports, and guiding suppliers for improvement.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage team and set activity to achieve KPI
• Develop skill of SQE team and supplier
• Analyzed and support data to set goal each year
• Set plan & Manage cost of IQC, Minimize lost cost from part and improve inspection process
• Review the analysis report and guide supplier for improvement
• Other as assign

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Have experience at least 8 years about ISO9001 or IATF16949 task in Automotive Industry, and management level at least 3 years
• Customer requirement of Automotive, IATF169494 requirement & Core Tools, RoHS, ELV
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process such as Injection, Paint, SMT, Stamping, Die casting etc.
• Good communication skill
