The Business Controller (Specialist/Supervisor) role involves contributing to financial planning and analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and assisting in the preparation of operation KPIs and financial reports.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborate with business units to understand their operations and contribute to financial discussions.
• Provide support within defined parameters to offer financial insights and recommendations for decision making.
• Assist in maintaining established financial models, templates, and processes for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for management and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the financial function.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree with relevant professional certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business controlling/costing in manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• Analytic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes for simple business problems.
