The Manager, Strategy and Transformation Office is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive long-term competitive advantages for the company.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Deliver C&S strategy formulation, development, planning and deployment.
• Support C&S Management team in performing in-depth analysis to prepare strategic recommendation.
• Conduct extensive market research, benchmarking and business analysis.
• Coordinate with Pandora Group and Clusters on C&S strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C&S leadership team.
• Develop detailed project charters for newly formulated strategic initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ
• Business administration, engineering, economics or finance are preferred.
• >5 years in strategy consulting with globally recognized consulting firms.
• Proven record working with cross-functional team, management or executive management.
• Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting).
