• Ensure closed-loop communication of quality issues from mass production, to pre-production, and to Group QA/ Design team in CPH
• Rectify RMA issues in a timely fashion
• Verify products and material compliance and conformance
• Perform daily assigned test duties and prepare draft report
• Handle test samples and assist in machine cleaning, equipment calibration/maintenance
• Maintain environmental conditions and keep testing area clean and tidy

• Knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO/IEC 17025
• Ability to handle test samples and assist in machine cleaning, equipment calibration/maintenance
