The Specialist, CI Engineer in Lamphun is responsible for creating and executing projects to deliver Plant/Company KPIs, coordinating with key personnel, managing project budgets, and continuously improving processes and equipment.

• Create and execute projects to deliver Plant/Company KPIs
• Coordinate with key personnel of each section to participate and support project activities
• Manage project management and budget control
• Monitor and audit the performance of processes and equipment
• Work with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase and installation of equipment
• Investigate, recommend, and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods, and equipment

• Interpersonal skill set to coordinate with many types of people to achieve target
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) knowledge in the project(s)
• Understanding current and new machine performance/specifications for enhancement/development/improvement
• Create and sustain the optimized layout and workflow for expanded capacity/capability
• Support testing and provide technical information to related team for alternative sources both material per assigned
