The Specialist, Project Management - Materials, Capabilities and Processes is responsible for the end-to-end success of projects, focusing on planning, execution, and closing to achieve results within the target timeframe.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage Materials, Capabilities and Processes portfolio program and coordinate with stakeholders to align project execution with business strategy.
• Create structured schedules and project plans based on project goals, resources, risks, time to market, and budget constraints.
• Develop clear and actionable deliverables and activities with defined timelines and success criteria.
• Track project status, deadlines, resources, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support high-level project reporting by monitoring project progress and outcomes.
• Identify processes and activities for improvement and risk reduction.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Preferably have experience in jewelry manufacturing.
• Strong project management experience in product innovation.
• Knowledge of information/knowledge management and jewelry manufacturing processes is an advantage.
