The Specialist, Rewards role focuses on customer centricity, financial results, and collaboration.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data, industry trends, and competitive benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages.
• Maintain global salary structures, pay grades, and job classifications based on job evaluations and market research.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop compensation plans, including merit increases, bonuses, incentives, and recognition programmes.
• Administer compensation programmes, including annual salary review process, incentive payouts, and bonus calculations.
• Monitor and analyse databases of employee compensation data, including salary levels, job classifications, and incentive plans.
• Continuously assess and refine compensation practices and processes to enhance efficiency, fairness, and effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• A minimum 3 years of working experience in compensation, reward & benefits, or human resources management.
• Basic understanding of labor law.
• Logical and systematic thinking.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
